The role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate transaction postings, maintaining intercompany relationship, and support liquidity planning and reporting activities.Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities:Account Payable Invoices Processing<ul><li>Review and process invoices with proper coding and documentation</li><li>Resolve invoice exceptions by coordinating with procurement and requesters</li><li>Ensure invoice compliance with company policy and tax regulatory requirements</li><li>Support invoice approval workflow and ensure timely submission for payment</li></ul>Collection Receipt &amp; SOA Management<ul><li>Record and apply incoming intercompany payments accurately in the accounting system</li><li>Match receipts against invoices and resolve any discrepancies with LBU</li><li>Monitor and follow up on remittance advice or unidentified payments</li><li>Prepare and send regular intercompany Statement of Accounts (SOA), and follow up on outstanding balances</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address disputes and unallocated receipts</li></ul>Cash Flow Monitoring<ul><li>Track daily cash inflow transactions across bank accounts and report receivable balances</li><li>Assist in weekly and monthly cash flow forecast and payment schedule</li><li>Assist in identifying and analyzing cash inflow/outflow trends and variances.</li></ul>Reporting and Documentation<ul><li>Support the preparation of other applicable financial reports as and when required by the Management</li><li>Support the collaboration with internal and external auditors to facilitate the audit review of the company</li><li>Assist the financial month-end closing, related to intercompany account payable and collection.</li></ul>Others<ul><li>Support on any ad-hoc and administrative tasks as and when required by the Management.</li></ul>Minimum Job Requirement Qualification:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in finance, accounting, or a related field</li><li>Internationally recognized accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc.) or working towards designation will be an added advantage. </li></ul>Relevant Experience:<ul><li>1-3 years of relevant working experience in Finance Operations and Account Receivable. Fresh graduate is acceptable.</li></ul>Other Requirements:<ul><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Independent, organized and possess good work ethics with a positive attitude </li><li>Able to meet deadlines and manage high volume of transactions \Flexible and able to adapt in a dynamic environment </li><li>Attention to details, meticulous and diligent </li><li>Responsible and willing to learn </li></ul>Special Business Knowledge and Skills:<ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel</li><li>Experience in ERP system such as Oracle and Coupa is preferred</li><li>Awareness of accounting period close and reconciliation processes</li><li>Prior experience in a shared service is a plus</li></ul>&nbsp; Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
