Job Description

  • Responsible for filling the accounting documentation in timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure data and records are kept in order and up to date.
  • Ability to spot discrepancies in accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records
  • Liaise and cooperate with internal stakeholders, auditor and relevant authority on matter pertaining to the financial matters of the Company.
  • Ability to address and resolve issues like payment errors or missing transactions
  • Able to handle timely report of SST & e-Invoicing submission.
  • Run payments, invoice and maintain daily bank reconciliation. 
  • Ensure discrepancies are resolved or reported on timely basis.
  • Assist in preparation of forecasting and budgeting.
  • Able to supervise the team while ensuring collaboration
  • Strong interpersonal skills to handle team dynamics
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities


Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will need to have:

  • Degree/Professional Certificate in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Relevant accounting certifications (e.g., LCCI, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) would be advantage.
  • Preferably with 2 to 3 years of working experience in accounting or finance roles, including handling AP, AR, and Cashbook entries. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Application such as MS Word and MS Excel and proficiency in computerized accounting system (AutoCount & ERP system)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
  • Meticulous, well organized and able to handle multiple tasks in systematic manner & prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and versatile with strong initiative as well as the ability to work independently
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Effective in written and verbal communication with team members
  • Able to supervise the team while ensuring collaboration
  • Strong interpersonal skills to handle team dynamics
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
