• Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to enhance the company's media presence.
• Monitor and respond to public perceptions, ensuring the company's image is positive and aligned with its values.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client communication.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
• Ensure clients are informed about project progress and updates.
• Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
