Job Description

Your daily task includes:  

•  To carry out account payable function.  
•  To review, validate, process supplier invoices and relevant supporting documents.  
•  To liaise with store operation on discrepancies or questionable invoices.  
•  To maintain payable ledger by verify and posting of transactions.  
•  To monitor supplier aging and process electronics payments according to schedule.  
•  To attend supplier’s relevant queries.  
•  To prepare monthly bank reconciliation.  
•  To reconcile account payable transaction.  
•  To ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing in timely manner.
•  To assist in month end closing, audit and tax queries.  
•  To assist in other duties in relation to accounting matter as and when required.  

Job Requirements

• Our ideal candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent, Economics, or Accounting major
• High attention to detail and knowledge of financial and accounting principles
• A good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experienced in MS Office.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skill.  
• Possess strong sense of responsibility and positive work attitude. 
• Ability to manage high volume of tasks. 
• Minimum 1 year of working experience as Finance Executive would be an advantage.  
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience or strong interest in managing accounting functions are welcomed to apply.
