OUR MISSION, BRAND PROMISE & CORE VALUES

Your daily task includes:

<li> To carry out account payable function.  </li>
<li> To review, validate, process supplier invoices and relevant supporting documents.  </li>
<li> To liaise with store operation on discrepancies or questionable invoices.  </li>
<li> To maintain payable ledger by verify and posting of transactions.  </li>
<li> To monitor supplier aging and process electronics payments according to schedule.  </li>
<li> To attend supplier’s relevant queries.  </li>
<li> To prepare monthly bank reconciliation.  </li>
<li> To reconcile account payable transaction.  </li>
<li> To ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing in timely manner.</li>
<li> To assist in month end closing, audit and tax queries.  </li>
<li> To assist in other duties in relation to accounting matter as and when required.  </li>
