Job Description

• Create develop and maintain software products that fulfill customer needs.
• Initiate communication with customers to discuss new features and customization options based on their requests.
• Generate technical documentation such as customization specification sheets based on customer feedback and requirements.
• Build and manage test data for various testing scenarios whenever a new version or update is released.
• Participate in solution demonstrations for both new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with departments to improve and optimize testing processes.
• Complete any other projects assigned by management as needed. 

Job Requirements

• Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree in computer science software engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of years of experience in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and independently.
• Experience in designing and executing testing.
• Knowledge of software testing with a focus on SQL.
• Knowledge of MIS applications is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments and customers.
• Knowledge of ISO compliance is a plus.
