The Differences We Make

Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Deliver effective technology solutions that meet given specifications with review and mentoring by others in the engineering team.</li>
<li>Responding to technical support calls from customer and perform first level support to customer issues.</li>
<li>System troubleshooting of the customer’s system and capability to provide a resolution and recommendation.</li>
<li>Logging, tracking, and follow up cases/tickets to update to customer</li>
<li>Keeping a record of issues and resolution as future references.</li>
<li>Keep up to date with current and future technology trends and work with other members of the project team to encourage the adoption of technical innovation where appropriate in solutions. This includes maintaining knowledge of industry and competitor developments.</li>
<li>Take ownership of the issues and meet time, cost, and quality targets towards customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Completing examination for certification purposes and self-improvement.</li>
<li>Effective communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.</li>
<li>Maintaining good client relationships with providing excellence services to customer.</li>
<li>Good interpersonal skills, responsible, independent, and able to prioritize in a highly dynamic work environment.</li>
