<li>You will be primarily responsible for all accounting and administrative functions e.g. issuing letters, invoices, receipts.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work with the building manager who will be in charge of the property.</li>
<li>You will also work closely with the condo committee members as part of your regular work.</li>
<li>You will manage various aspects of the office operations to ensure smooth operations is attainable.</li>
<li>You will assist the building manager where needed e.g. follow up with vendors, residents, etc.</li>
</ul>
