Job Description
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Content Visualization and Production: Assist in designing visually captivating digital ads, print materials, email campaigns, and web pages that resonate with our target audience.
- Final Artwork Production: Be responsible for producing high-quality final artwork in various formats, including still graphics, motion graphics, and videos - that align with client expectations and RA’s stringent quality standards.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in multimedia, digital marketing, and social media platforms, and apply this knowledge to improve our content strategies.
- Feedback Integration: Be open to constructive feedback and make necessary amendments to designs to meet high standards of visual appeal and quality.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that the final graphics and layouts meet the highest standards of visual appeal and quality.
- Multi-Tasking: Be able to efficiently handle multiple projects and tasks, prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
Job Requirements
What we would like from you:
- Educational Background: Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Art/Design/Creative. Multimedia/Media/Mass Communications/Public Relations/Advertising or an equivalent field of study.
- Design Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop is essential。
- Proactive Approach: Be proactive, highly organized, and willing to assist with various multimedia design projects, both independently and as part of a team.
- Team Collaboration: Be a strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams, including marketing, content, and client management.
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge or experience with Canva, Capcut, Figma, and any AI text-to-image tool is a plus.
