Job Responsibility

• Transform broad, conceptual ideas into valuable, client-focused solutions by developing wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that support an intuitive user experience.
•  Define user models, interfaces, and task flows for both new and existing products, including the creation of user personas and running A/B tests to understand user needs.
•  Identify and resolve design challenges through elegant, user-cantered solutions, iterating designs based on rapid testing and feedback.
•  Ensure consistent, distinct visual identity across products, balancing user needs with brand alignment.
•  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, exchanging feedback to uphold high standards of design quality.
•  Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in UI and UX to continually enhance design approaches.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
• Demonstrated UI and UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Skilled in conducting comprehensive UX research, including usability testing and A/B testing.
• Expertise in interpreting complex ideas to create intuitive user flows and scenarios.
• Strong experience in developing interactive UI elements for web and mobile applications.
• Proficient in designing cohesive and functional screens, pages, and visual elements.
• Proficiency with design and wireframing tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or similar software.
•  Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid website and app prototyping.
•  Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
•  Availability to work in Cyberjaya.
