<li>Work closely with the Interior Design team to understand customer floorplan, 3D designs, and detailed designs especially for carpentry and build-ins</li>
<li>Be able to create a high-level pre-quote using information provided by client</li>
<li>Based on the measurements in the 3D, detailed designs, create a bill of quantities and materials</li>
<li>Contact sub-contractors and suppliers (e.g. carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers) to get their quotation on each item, and negotiate the best prices and value R.Works</li>
<li>Develop a detailed quotation to be provided to the customer</li>
</ul>


This job is for a Quantity Surveyor / ID Quotation Executive. Work with the design team, create quotations, negotiate prices with contractors, and provide detailed quotes to customers. You might like this job because it involves collaborating with a design team and requires strong negotiation skills.
