Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Interior Design team to understand customer floorplan, 3D designs, and detailed designs especially for carpentry and build-ins
- Be able to create a high-level pre-quote using information provided by client
- Based on the measurements in the 3D, detailed designs, create a bill of quantities and materials
- Contact sub-contractors and suppliers (e.g. carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers) to get their quotation on each item, and negotiate the best prices and value R.Works
- Develop a detailed quotation to be provided to the customer
Job Requirements
Qualifications Needed:
- Degree or Diploma in Building Construction, Quantity Surveying or Interior Design
- Familiar with working with sub-contractors and vendors in the interior design and renovations space
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is mandatory
