<li>Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences. Ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.</li>
<li>Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the work area, including the espresso machine, coffee grinder, and serving counters, clean and organized at all times. Adhere to health and safety standards to ensure a hygienic environment for both staff and customers. WAITRESS</li>
<li>Customer Service: Greet customers as they arrive, escort them to their tables, and provide menus. Take orders accurately and promptly, ensuring that special requests or dietary restrictions are noted and communicated to the kitchen staff.</li>
<li>Order Management: Enter orders into the POS system accurately and efficiently. Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure that food is prepared and delivered to tables in a timely manner. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth flow of service.</li>
<li>Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to serving standards. Offer recommendations on menu items, specials, and beverages based on guest preferences and menu knowledge.</li>
<li>Table Maintenance: Monitor tables throughout the dining experience, clearing empty plates and glassware, and resetting tables for the next guests. Anticipate guests' needs and provide refills on beverages, condiments, or utensils as necessary.</li>

This job is for a Barista/Waitress. As a Barista, you&#x27;ll craft high-quality coffee and tea beverages, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean work area.
