Job Description

Summary:

As a Senior Cybersecurity Services Architect, you will provide technical leadership in Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity across the Asia Pacific region. You will be part of the team that delivers cybersecurity services to our customers. You will have career opportunities for growth across multiple domains, functions and geographies. You'll guide cyber delivery teams, collaborate with major technology partners, and deliver expert consulting services. Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of OT cybersecurity solutions, focusing on industrial environments.
  • Deliver billable OT Cybersecurity projects at customer sites.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal development in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Develop technical documentation and procedures in consideration of global governance.
  • Provide guidance on regional and global cybersecurity regulations and standards.
  • Guide cyber delivery teams to achieve project and organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with global technology partners and other teams on joint solution development and integration.
  • Engage with culturally diverse teams and stakeholders across multiple countries in Asia Pacific, ensuring project delivery.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Relevant educational background in engineering or cybersecurity.
  • Overall 15+ Years of overall experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in OT cybersecurity, with experience technical leadership and project delivery in industrial environments. Demonstrated experience in delivering cyber projects in OT environments.
  • Certification – CISSP OR GICSP.
  • The ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Experience working with culturally diverse teams and stakeholders across Asia Pacific / global.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Experience of cyber consulting services including governance, policies and procedures.
  • Exposure to virtualization platforms, network design, and other technology domains supporting cybersecurity initiatives. Skills sets and experience with cloud security and wireless will be an advantage.
  • Experience working with culturally diverse teams and stakeholders across Asia Pacific.
  • Convey complex technical concepts and outcomes to diverse audiences. This includes the leadership on the customer side as well as internal.
  • Deep understanding of global and regional cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements. Solid understanding of NIST framework and 62443 standards applicable for OT cyber domain.
  • Industry certifications: CISSP, GICSP, Security+, Cloud Security, IEC 62443
