Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Architectural Design: Develop and maintain comprehensive IT architecture and strategic roadmaps tailored to the financial services industry. Create architectural designs for new solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and regulatory requirements. Involve extensively in pre-during-post tender/RFQ/RFP exercise thru business and technical solutioning.
2. Solution Development: Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient IT solutions to address complex financial challenges. Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and platforms. Develop and present business, technical and implementation proposals, including solution development with partners/sub-contractors.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, business leaders, project managers, and development teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure alignment of IT solutions with business objectives and compliance standards. Meet potential customers to gather requirements, match and adjust the products for proposed solution and present the outcomes to the customers.
4. Technology Assessment: Continuously assess and select new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies that enhance the financial services IT landscape. Stay informed about emerging trends and innovations.
5. Integration Management: Oversee the integration of various systems, applications, and technologies. Ensure seamless interoperability and data flow across the entire IT environment.
6. Project Oversight: Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
7. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of IT solutions. Identify and address potential bottlenecks and scalability issues.
8. Security and Compliance: Ensure IT solutions comply with security standards and regulatory requirements. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and protect sensitive financial data.
9. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of architectural designs, solutions, and technical specifications. Provide clear guidelines for development and implementation.
10. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the development and implementation phases. Provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
11. Presentation Skills: Lead and perform presentation and demonstrations on products and solutions.

Job Requirements

  Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
2. Experience: Experiences in IT architecture, solution design, or similar roles within the financial services industry.
3. Skills:

• Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Strong understanding of various IT systems, infrastructure, and integration points.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Certifications: Preferred certifications such as TOGAF, Certified Solutions Architect, or relevant industry-specific certifications.
