Responsibilities:
Build and Maintain Strategic Partnerships
<ul>
<li>Identify, establish, and manage monthly collaborations with brands, schools, and universities, ensuring alignment with the content team’s goals.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain partnerships with at least three growing or established organizations, creating opportunities for consistent collaboration and mutual benefit.</li>
<li>Act as the primary liaison with schools/universities, managing communications, securing permits, and fostering relationships to support content initiatives.</li>
</ul>
Plan and Coordinate Local Content Events
<ul>
<li>Organize quarterly trips within Malaysia, managing logistics, permits, and schedules to ensure smooth execution of events by the content team.</li>
<li>Coordinate in-store activations, giveaways, and content-related events, ensuring alignment with broader team objectives.</li>
<li>Serve as the operational point of contact for all logistics, partnerships, and event-related planning.</li>
</ul>
Strengthen Social Media Presence and Livestream Opportunities
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the Content Lead to plan and create Twitter content, meeting key monthly targets.</li>
<li>Identify and coordinate seasonal opportunities for livestream campaigns, including managing special discounts, giveaways, and other promotional elements.</li>
<li>Ensure timely execution of campaigns in alignment with the broader content strategy, coordinating efforts with internal and external stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
Operational Support for Content Growth
<ul>
<li>Collaborate closely with the content team to ensure all event and partnership activities align with the overall growth strategy.</li>
<li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for partnerships and events, ensuring seamless execution.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges to maintain smooth workflows and successful outcomes.</li>
</ul>
