Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and café drinks according to standard recipes.
• Operate the POS system, handle customer transactions, and ensure accurate billing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar and cashier counter.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service to customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for families.
• Assist with stock checking and replenishment of beverages, ingredients, and takeaway items.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth order flow between kitchen, counter, and dining area.
• Support café promotions and seasonal beverages, ensuring consistent presentation.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required to support café operations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum one year experience in preparing coffee and equipped with basic latte art skill
• Able to prepare coffee and other beverages following standard recipes
• Preference given to candidates who have attended related barista or F&B training; training will also be provided for the selected candidate before starting job
• Positive, cheerful attitude and a customer-first mindset
