We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented R&amp;D intern to join our team. He/She will play a crucial role in supporting the overall product development lab work. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic R&amp;D environment focused on UHT beverage innovation. This role will be reporting to R&amp;D Manager.&nbsp;
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Assist senior R&amp;D staff in conducting experiments and trials related to product development.</li>
<li>Prepare/set up/maintain equipment, ingredients, and materials for experiments following established protocols</li>
<li>Perform prototypes preparations assigned by senior R&amp;D, conduct tests and analyses on product samples, such as sensory evaluation, pH, viscosity, and shelf-life testing</li>
<li>Support cleanliness and organization of the lab, including proper disposal of waste and cleaning of equipment</li>
<li>Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager</li>
</ul>
