Job Summary
Responsible for assisting daily raw material preparation and production activities at the Central Kitchen Sambal Bakar Malaya to ensure ingredients and food items are prepared efficiently and distributed to outlets according to company standards. 

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Experience in kitchen or F&B operations is an advantage
• Possess Food Handler Certificate and Typhoid Vaccination 
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions
• Physically fit and able to handle basic kitchen tasks
• Willing to work flexible hours if required

Job Requirements

  Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing raw ingredients for daily production (cutting, cleaning, marinating, and portioning)
• Support preparation of sambal, sauces, and other food items for outlet supply
• Assist in packing and organizing food items for delivery to outlets
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen area at all times
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients according to food safety standards
• Assist with daily stocktake and inventory control
• Follow SOPs, food safety regulations, and company procedures
• Support other kitchen team members and supervisors when required
