Job Description
- Assist Supervisor in overseeing daily operations of multiple outlets
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline
- Ensure all outlets comply with company SOPs and standards
- Support in staff training, coaching, and development
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in stock control, inventory checks, and stock movement
- Prepare and submit sales and operational reports
- Coordinate with HQ and outlet teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support new outlet openings and promotions when required
Job Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of working experience in retail, operations, or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple outlets/tasks
- Willing to travel between branches and work flexible hours
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and stock management
