<li>To monitor and conduct test and analysis root-cause of all non-conformity or customer complaints are to be investigated and identified with appropriate corrective and preventive actions</li>
<li>Able to develop and validate test methods and techniques related to Microbiological laboratory</li>
<li>To ensure all the standard methods are up to date or the latest version</li>
<li>To participate in Internal &amp; External Quality Audits and assist in maintain the QMS system ( if required by Superior)</li>
<li>Ensure Good Housekeeping and Good Laboratory practice in laboratory</li>
<li>Perform any other responsibility as assigned by superior</li>
