Job Description

Job Summary:

The Client Servicing & Customer Service Executive serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, satisfaction, and problem resolution throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to anticipate client needs and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, feedback, and requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the design and project teams to provide timely updates to clients on project progress.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with clients to gather requirements and provide project status updates.
  • Address client concerns and provide solutions to resolve issues effectively.
  • Assist with preparing proposals, quotations, and agreements for clients.
  • Monitor project timelines and follow up on client approvals, ensuring all deliverables meet agreed standards and deadlines.
  • Collect and document client feedback to enhance the company’s service quality.
  • Provide reports and updates to management on client interactions and potential improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in client servicing or customer service roles (minimum 3 years of experience), preferably within the interior design or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
