and can take part of the negociation of technical parts with final customer.</li></ul>Scope and Environment<ul><li>Part of a customer project execution/application center;</li><li>Tendering technical teams located spread among one or several sites/countries, requiring international collaboration with other functional teams/stakeholders.</li></ul>Key Activities and Responsibilities&nbsp;Technical Offer: <ul><li>Gather technical inputs and quotes from all tendering stakholders (Factories, Logistic Centers, internal entities &amp; sub-contractors);</li><li>Build the technical proposal (technical specifications, costs breakdown between packages, engineering, technical coordination hours, etc...), by re-using proven architectures and technical solutions to meet specific multi-package customer needs;</li><li>Be accountable of the complete technical part of the offer: technical feasability and committment (through design reviews), cost effectiveness, engineering setup, risk mitigation;</li><li>Master the following aspects of the offer: technical proposal, suppliers technical offer specification &amp; validation, all contractual aspects related to the technical scope, technical risk mitigation; new opportunities identification, competitive environment.</li></ul>Technical coordination of Tender stakeholders: <ul><li>Contribute to Tender internal strategy with Opportunity Pursuit Leader (OPL) &amp; Tender Manager (TM)</li><li>Lead &amp; Coordinate all technical aspects with Sales, OPL &amp; TM and other technical roles who take care of part of the technical scope of the tender;</li><li>Ensure compliance of the Technical proposal with Customer RFQs and/or adequate proposal of technical deviations in line with Bid strategy;</li><li>Act as a single point of contact for all tender stakeholders regarding the technical content of the opportunity; -Ensure proper technical transfer from the tendering phase to the execution teams.</li></ul>Risk &amp; Opportunity management, Change management, Alert: <ul><li>Perform gap analysis and lean scoping between customer needs and reference architectures and Schneider Electric products, then adapt the offer to fulfil the customer's key decision criteria (functions, performance, budget ...).</li><li>Support the Sales and Tendering teams, from technical perspective, during the Tendering phase to reduce/mitigate technical risks linked to the solution proposal and its future execution.</li></ul>Customer interactions: <ul><li>Provide answers to complex technical questions from customers, in co-operation with technical experts from specific domains or from R&amp;D.</li><li>Interact and can visit the Customer or Suppliers to discuss and negociate technical part of the bid.</li><li>Act as the key and trusty contact person for all technical topics related to the Tendering.</li></ul>Community of practices &amp; Coaching: <ul><li>Take part of Technical Leaders' Community of Practice within her/his Execution Center, or globally within Technical Excellence Community network;</li><li>Identify, get, formalize, share and promote lessons learned and best practices; -Act as role model and/or coach technical senior engineers;</li><li>Be connected with LoBs and stay tuned on the last technical evolutions of equipment &amp; systems (in her/his field of engineering, acting then as a referent in the Community).</li></ul> Requirements&nbsp;Education <ul><li>Master's degree in Engineering.</li></ul>Languages <ul><li>Fluent English.</li><li>Other languages are a plus.</li></ul>Experience &nbsp;<ul><li>7 years in leading technical scope of customer projects/tenders, or parts of large &amp;
