Job Description:

• Develop and update detailed construction project work schedules using MS Projects planning software.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather input and ensure the accuracy of project timelines and milestones.
• Conduct and prepare project schedules delay assessment for contractual purposes
• Prepare technical proposals at tender stage
• Prepare and manage all technical planning submissions, including construction method statements, shop drawings, and material samples.
• Ensure all technical submissions comply with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and client standards.
• In collaboration with internal project teams, liaise with consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to obtain approvals and resolve technical queries.
• Monitor and report on the progress of technical submissions and schedules to senior management and project stakeholders.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and provide input on technical planning and scheduling matters.
• In collaboration with the internal project teams, conduct technical reviews and risk assessments for planned construction methodologies.
• Support the project team in troubleshooting technical issues related to construction methods or materials.
• Maintain an organized filing system for all technical documents and submissions.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical planning and documentation within the construction industry.
• Proficient in project scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
