<li>Develop and update detailed construction project work schedules using MS Projects planning software.</li>
<li>Coordinate with project teams to gather input and ensure the accuracy of project timelines and milestones.</li>
<li>Conduct and prepare project schedules delay assessment for contractual purposes</li>
<li>Prepare technical proposals at tender stage</li>
<li>Prepare and manage all technical planning submissions, including construction method statements, shop drawings, and material samples.</li>
<li>Ensure all technical submissions comply with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and client standards.</li>
<li>In collaboration with internal project teams, liaise with consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to obtain approvals and resolve technical queries.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on the progress of technical submissions and schedules to senior management and project stakeholders.</li>
<li>Participate in project coordination meetings and provide input on technical planning and scheduling matters.</li>
<li>In collaboration with the internal project teams, conduct technical reviews and risk assessments for planned construction methodologies.</li>
<li>Support the project team in troubleshooting technical issues related to construction methods or materials.</li>
<li>Maintain an organized filing system for all technical documents and submissions.</li>
