Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the finance and accounting team in accounting functions ie. Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Inventories, Treasury, Petty Cash and General Ledger.
2. Help with updating data, documentation, and filing of financial records.
3. Assist in preparing financial documents, report, spreadsheets, and presentations.
4. Participate in basic bookkeeping activities and reconciliations.
5. Support the team in maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
6. Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed.
7. Software exposure: SQL

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Must be able to commit for a minimum of 3-6 months period
2. Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program related to accounting/finance.
3. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, or other office software.
5. Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a professional setting.
