Job Description

We’re looking for an IT Senior Executive to drive innovation, security and efficiency across our digital and data systems! From procuring and setting up IT equipment to managing Google Workspace and AutoCount, optimizing cloud systems, fortifying cybersecurity and ensuring seamless system migrations & data integrity, you’ll be the backbone of our tech infrastructure. If you’re a proactive problem-solver who thrives in IT management, troubleshooting and data-driven strategies, then you’re the IT expert we need! 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

System Migration & Support

• Plan and execute migration timelines, coordinate with teams to understand their needs and provided tailored AutoCount setups for smooth adoption
• Lead the migration of data from various systems to AutoCount while ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Develop standardised migration procedures to streamline future transitions
• Train and support employees on best practices for Autocount usage
• Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues to ensure seamless operations

IT Procurement & Setup

• Purchase and manage company laptops, printers and other IT equipment
• Set up and manage Google workspace and Autocount accounts

IT Infrastructure & Security

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot IT issues to ensure smooth operations
• Manage firewalls, cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures to safeguard company information
• Provide technical support for hardware, software and cloud-based systems
• Ensure all company IT systems are up-to-date, secure and optimised for efficiency
• Oversee cloud data storage and implement back up strategies to prevent data loss

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience in IT management, network administration, and cybersecurity
• Strong knowledge of Autocount accounting software and experience in migrating data from other accounting systems
• Ability to analyze business needs and provide effective IT and accounting system solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills to train and support teams during system transitions
