Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Marketing Executive to take charge of our Nuuna brand. Responsible assist in driving Nuuna brand awareness, managing multi-channel marketing campaigns which ensuring aligned with the company’s overall business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive threats
• Plan, manage, and execute branding and advertising campaigns for the Nuuna brand across multiple channels
• Collaborate with the sales team to support new product launches through targeted marketing initiatives

Product Branding & Development

• Assist in maintaining a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and channels
• Assist in develop and implement brand positioning strategies to differentiate the company in the marketplace
• Coordinate with the R&D team to ensure branding aligns with product features and target audience preferences.
• Guide the strategic direction for product packaging and positioning to ensure market differentiation
• Collaborate with Creative Design teams to align packaging with the brand identity and consumer expectations

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns includes ATL, BTL, digital marketing & events related to the Nuuna brand
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize for maximum ROI and KPIs
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, and exhibitions
• Manage sourcing and procurement of marketing materials such as brochures, backdrops, flyers and posters
• Prepare detailed report and post-campaign review for providing actionable insights for suture initiatives
• Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective resource allocation

Others

• Assist ad-hoc tasks given by direct manager as needed to ensure seamless operations.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in marketing roles with a focus on branding and product marketing, preferably in an industrial and/or manufacturing industry
