We are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing, Senior Executive to take charge of our product brand. Responsible assist in driving brand awareness, managing multi-channel marketing campaigns which ensuring aligned with the company’s overall business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ins>Marketing Strategy &amp; Planning</ins>

<li>Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives</li>
<li>Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive threats</li>
<li>Plan, manage, and execute branding and advertising campaigns for the brand across multiple channels</li>
<li>Collaborate with the sales team to support new product launches through targeted marketing initiatives</li>
</ul>
<ins>Product Branding &amp; Development</ins>
<ul>
<li>Assist in maintaining a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and channels</li>
<li>Assist in develop and implement brand positioning strategies to differentiate the company in the market</li>
<li>Coordinate with the R&amp;D team to ensure branding aligns with product features and target audience preferences.</li>
<li>Guide the strategic direction for product packaging and positioning to ensure market differentiation</li>
<li>Collaborate with Designer to align packaging with the brand identity and consumer expectations</li>

<ins>Campaign Planning &amp; Execution</ins>

<li>Plan and execute marketing campaigns includes ATL, BTL, digital marketing &amp; events related to the brand</li>
<li>Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize for maximum ROI and KPIs</li>
<li>Plan and coordinate promotional events, and exhibitions</li>
<li>Manage sourcing and procurement of marketing materials such as brochures, backdrops, flyers and posters</li>
<li>Prepare detailed report and post-campaign review for providing actionable insights for future initiatives</li>
<li>Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective resource allocation</li>
