Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the daily execution of
marketing initiatives across all brands under the group. This role focuses on content
coordination, campaign activation, stakeholder communication, and executional support
across social media, PR, events, and in-store marketing.
Unlike the Marketing Supervisor, the Senior Marketing Executive does not supervise the
team — instead, they ensure smooth delivery of marketing tasks, act as a primary
coordinator for content-related workflows, and support campaign readiness.
- Content Coordination & Social Media Support
- Coordinate the creation and scheduling of content across social platforms for all brands.
- Work closely with the Content Creator and Graphic Designer to ensure they have all necessary briefs, information, and timelines.
- Draft and prepare content calendars for internal review, ensuring content aligns with campaigns, operational schedules, and brand priorities.
- Assist in posting daily content where needed, including IG stories during events, tastings, or internal team moments.
- Conduct regular content performance checks and compile monthly analytics reports
2. Campaign Implementation
- Translate campaign objectives into creative briefs (mood boards, styling direction, messaging angles, rollout timelines).
- Package ideas into presentations/proposals for approval by the Marketing Manager and Managing Directors.
- Support the Marketing Supervisor / Manager in executing marketing campaigns — assisting with coordination, tracking deliverables, and gathering assets.
- Assist with onsite execution during events, such as media nights, festive launches, pop-ups, or community events.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure marketing materials and timelines are aligned.
3. Content Creation Coordination and Execution Oversight:
- Collaborate with the in-house content creator and graphic designer, to provide direction/guidance and feedback on photography/videography and design.
- Direct and oversee our in-house content creator throughout photo/videoshoot planning for major campaigns; including being present on-site on shoot day for coordination and styling to ensure the successful execution of visual content.
- Step in to support/execute content production (photography, video, copywriting, editing, graphics) when needed to maintain campaign momentum when in-house bandwidth is insufficient.
- Safeguard consistency of brand voice, look, and feel across platforms and internally within in-house teams.
4. Content Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Utilize social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance metrics, analyze audience engagement, and optimize content strategy accordingly.
- Create monthly performance reports outlining an overview of the content strategy performance and marketing efforts and provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing efforts & strategies.
- Suggest mid-campaign adjustments and longer-term improvements based on results.
5. PR & KOL Coordination
- Serve as primary liaison for PR, media, and KOL partners — from outreach to coordination to on-ground hosting.
- Support press release development, media kit preparation, pitching, and follow-up deliverables.
- Assist in managing media and influencer lists, invitations, RSVPs, and giftings.
- Coordinate logistics for media visits or collaborations — from briefing FOH to preparing products.
- Track KOL or media deliverables and file coverage or feedback for reporting purposes
6. Vendor & Contractor Support
- Work directly with external vendors to provide campaign details, approvals, reference materials, and creative assets.
- Follow up on timelines and ensure deliverables are submitted on schedule.
- Maintain documentation, file organisation, and communication threads for vendor work.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Attend internal operational or marketing meetings with the Marketing Supervisor / Manager.
- Prepare meeting notes, extract action items, and update timelines accordingly.
- Ensure relevant teams receive updates on promotional activities or new menu items.
8. General Marketing Operations
- Assist in on-ground activities including photoshoots, videoshoots, pop-ups, or PR events.
- Help maintain proper documentation of assets, files, brand templates, and campaign archives.
- Support the marketing team in day-to-day administrative tasks and requests.
