<li>Lead the planning, risk assessment, and execution of audit engagements across a portfolio of clients.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop tailored audit strategies aligned with regulatory requirements and business objectives.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor engagement progress to ensure timely delivery within budget.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Review audit documentation, financial statements, and working papers to ensure compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and relevant financial reporting standards.</li>
<li>Identify audit issues early and propose practical, risk-based solutions.&nbsp;</li>

2. Team Leadership &amp; Development

<li>Supervise, coach, and inspire Audit Seniors and Associates to achieve engagement objectives.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide real-time feedback and conduct structured performance evaluations.&nbsp;</li>
