</ol>

<li>Prepare and review corporate tax computations, individual tax returns, and other related filings to ensure compliance with the Income Tax Act 1967.</li>
<li>Ensure timely submission of tax returns and compliance with statutory deadlines.</li>
<li>Review tax payments and estimates to ensure accuracy.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
2. Tax Advisory
<ul>
<li>Provide advisory on Malaysia tax matters including withholding tax, tax incentives, capital allowances, double tax deductions, and exemption claims.</li>
<li>Assist in tax planning engagements to optimize tax efficiency under Malaysian legislation.</li>
</ul>
3. Liaison &amp; Communication
<ul>
<li>Communicate with tax authorities on queries, audits, and clarifications.</li>
<li>Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and internal departments for taxrelated matters.</li>
</ul>
4. Supervision &amp; Review
<ul>
<li>Review work prepared by junior tax staff and provide coaching to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li>
<li>Assist in staff training on updated Malaysian tax guidelines, public rulings, and legislation changes.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
5. Documentation &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>Ensure proper documentation for tax filings, supporting schedules, and correspondence with authorities.</li>
<li>Prepare management tax reports and maintain internal controls.</li>
</ul>
