Job Description

•  Develop, organize, and manage all published content (images, videos, writing) across all social media platforms
   
• Ensure clients' brand voice, messaging, and visual design consistency across all social media channels
   
• Generate creative ideas aligned with clients' branding guidelines for social media use
   
• Create written content that reflects the clients' brand identity
   
• Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to produce high-quality content
   
• Stay updated on the latest visual content trends, particularly in promoting corporate brands
   
• Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign and content performance
   
• Prepare regular reports on social media activities, including insights and recommendations for improvements

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in creating social media content for corporate segments 
• Proficient in using major social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X and TikTok 
• Skilled in Microsoft Office software 
• Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (proficiency in other languages is an advantage), with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills 
• High attention to detail, ensuring all content produced uses polished wording and complies with internal creative team guidelines
• Comfortable working on Apple computers 
• Highly creative with strong storytelling ability 
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Owning a personal vehicle with valid driving license (B,D)
