Job Description

  • Managing and creating engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and website.
  • Define goals, target audience, platforms to use, and content themes. Ensure the strategy supports the overall marketing and organisational objectives.
  • Monitoring social media trends, performance metrics, responding to comments, and engaging with our audience.
  • Design and produce content, plan and schedule posts to maintain a consistent presence. 
  • Maintaining the company’s social media accounts.
  • Test new strategies, experiment with innovative tactics to grow the audience.
  • Monitor mentions and hashtags, participate in conversations and trends relevant.
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in managing/planning workshops and events happening in the company.
  • Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls in the office.
  • Work closely with other teams such as the sales and admin department.
  • Communicate and respond to customers' inquiries such as answering phone calls and replying to emails.
  • Supporting administrative tasks related to marketing and client servicing.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree of educational level in Business, Marketing, communications, or equivalent.
  • Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience are preferred. 
  • Candidates must be proficient in using Adobe Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, and WordPress for design, content creation, and website management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is a bonus)
  • Passion for social media and proven interest in social media platforms and their role in Digital Marketing.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Well-organised and systemised in office maintenance and office management.
  • Self-initiative, Hardworking, and able to work independently in a team with a good attitude.
  • Possess own transport
  • Candidate should have their own laptop.
