<li>Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) and supplier invoicing.</li>
<li>Follow up on supplier orders, delivery timelines, and stock arrivals.</li>
<li>⁠Monitor outlets stock distribution, checking on outlet wastage ensure FIFO in stock distribution</li>
<li>Key in data and maintain accurate digital inventory and stock records.</li>
<li>⁠Handle systematic filing and proper organization of paperwork.</li>
<li>Assist management with routine administrative tasks and data entry.</li>
<li>⁠Assist the cafe operations and management team when required.</li>
</ul>
