Job Description
- Assist in delivering, monitoring, evaluating, maintaining, and continually improving a compliance framework.
- Support the compliance of policies, procedures, and controls with the interpretation of regulatory, ethical and industry standards.
- Assess compliance and sustainability-related risks to integrate risk management into business processes.
- Coordinate and implement sustainability-related programmes aligned with ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) goals.
- Execute and report data collection/analysis (e.g. carbon footprint and ESG performance indicators).
- Promote the understanding and awareness of compliance and sustainability (e.g. trainings, workshops, focus groups) across Signature Market to enhance internal integration of ESG practices.
- Support collaborative relationships with internal teams and identified external stakeholders (e.g. customers, suppliers, academia, community) to drive coalitions, consensus and action.
- Contribute to the production of ESG-related communications i.e. Signature Market website and other collateral materials.
- Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.
Job Requirements
- A Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in business/commerce/economics/finance, communications, environmental science, engineering, or equivalent.
- Passionate about compliance and a genuine commitment to making a positive impact on the environment and society.
- Possess a changemaker mindset with willingness to inspire, guide and learn.
- A team player with ability to work independently. Possess analytical, innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
- Candidate with one (1) year experienced in compliance and/or sustainability will be an added advantage.
- However, passionate and result-driven fresh graduate are still welcome to apply for career kickstart.
