<li>Track, monitor, and follow up on leads to support sales conversion.</li>
<li>Coordinate with sales team to provide updated lead reports and insights.</li>
<li>Segment leads for targeted EDM and WhatsApp campaigns.</li>

<p>Content Planning &amp; Execution</p>
<ol>
<li>Plan and schedule EDM campaigns, WhatsApp blasts, and corporate communication.</li>
<li>Develop engaging content aligned with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and client needs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the sales team to craft content that supports lead nurturing.</li>
<li>Analyze campaign performance and provide improvement recommendations.</li>
</ol>

<p>Creative Design &amp; Video Editing</p>

<li>Design and create digital assets including graphics, GIFs, short videos, and visuals for campaigns.</li>
