Job Description
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to develop and execute a compelling content strategy that enhances brand awareness, drives customer engagement, and supports business growth across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling stories, optimizing content for engagement, and driving brand awareness across B2B and B2C audiences. This role requires a strong mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to craft content that resonates with our target audience across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic flow of content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for impactful content.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Write, edit, and produce high-quality content for blogs, social media, websites, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to create multimedia content (videos, infographics, reels, etc.).
- SEO & Performance Optimization:
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Use Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media insights to measure content effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Social Media & Community Engagement:
- Develop and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), ensuring engagement and brand consistency.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster a strong community presence.
- Leverage influencer marketing and user-generated content for added reach.
- Email & Campaign Marketing:
- Develop compelling email marketing content to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Work with the marketing team to create engaging newsletters, product announcements, and promotional campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions).
- Generate reports and provide insights to optimize content strategies.
- Continuously refine content based on data-driven insights.
