- Ensure a pleasant customer experience.
- Maintain standards for all product preparations according to company requirements.
- Practices for relevant health and safety standards, as well as equipment usage and maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness standards for the outlet.
- Manage outlet inventory and stock.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet.
- Assist in creating seasonal beverages.

Requirements
- Able to communicate in English.
- 6 working days per week (shift rotation).
- Salary based on experience.
- Overtime (OT) and shift work required.
- Ability to work proactively and independently.
- Strong communication skills.
- School leavers and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Smoking or Vaping is prohibited to uphold our brand and promote a healthy lifestyle.
- Pleasant appearance, with no tattoos or no visible tattoos.
- Must be age 18 and above and Malaysian citizen.
- Professional barista training will be provided.
Training and Statutory will be provided (for eg. EPF, SOCSO).
Overtime pay (when required to OT).
Salary Range : RM1,800.00 - RM 2,300.00
