<li>To plan and roster manpower to ensure proper allocation of manpower to operate the plant effectively.</li>
<li>To manage and improve operating cost.</li>
<li>Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.</li>
<li>Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.</li>
<li>Helping the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.</li>
<li>To ensure compliance and enforcement of all Safety procedures and internal Rules and Regulations</li>
<li>Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.</li>
<li>Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee. </li>
