1. Overseeing Warehouse.
2. To manage and plan the schedule.
3. Guiding and supervising employees on day-to-day activities
4. To plan and roster manpower to ensure proper allocation of manpower to operate the plant effectively.
5. To manage and improve operating cost.
6. Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
7. Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.
8. Helping the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
9. To ensure compliance and enforcement of all Safety procedures and internal Rules and Regulations
10. Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
11. Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
12. Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

1. Possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or equivalent practical experience.
2. Minimum 2 or 3 years working experiences.
3. Aggressive, Result-driven, Good time management & Stress management.
4. Willing to standby all the time for adhoc stuff.
5. Resourceful, meet deadlines, ability to work independently & good team-player.
6. Past experience in Lazada / Shopee / Watsons / MNC FMCG company as added value.
7. 6 Working days per week, including shift.
8. Male Malaysia only.

Salary : RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
