You will play an essential role in supporting our mission to innovate and deliver solutions that enhance employee wellness. As part of the DEBI team, you will assist in building a wellness app designed to foster healthier habits through gamified engagement and advanced features. This role offers a hands-on learning opportunity to contribute to real-world projects, gain valuable experience in product management, and build skills in UI/UX design, user research, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will Do

• Support Product Development: Collaborate with the Product team to conceptualize and enhance app features that drive engagement and usability.
• Assist in UI/UX Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Conduct Research and Feedback Analysis: Gather user feedback and analyze app performance to suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with Teams: Coordinate with design, development, and marketing teams to implement product updates effectively.
• Create Documentation: Contribute to the creation of product documentation, reports, and presentations.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, UI/UX, CX, Design, or equivalent.

• Preferably with 3.0 or above CGPA.
• Skills and Interests:
• Passion for UI/UX design and user-centered thinking.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in wellness, gamification, or health tech (a plus).
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software (added advantage).
