Job Description

• Responsible for the development, sales, management, and profitability of the company.
• To perform on-going business review and business analytics with objectives to identify business opportunities which can expand the overall business.
• Managing a business pipeline through on-going analysis, close monitoring, and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing and address end-to-end sales and customer journey including completing negotiations and sales process with signing of contract.
• Provide constructive feedback from customers, partners, and prospects to the product and technical teams to improve product offerings.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or insurance qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or marketing in the group insurance industry.
• Experience in corporate business development and employee benefits sales.
• Strong problem-solving skills, identifying client needs and business negotiation.
• Good command in English. Additional language will be an added advantage.
• Strong in Sales and Marketing skills with good leadership & team coordination skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude, and team spirit.
