Job Description
- Assist to gather requirements by identifying user needs & recommend solution to client.
- Develop user requirement document, functional specification, test scripts, user guide & training material for solutions.
- Actively perform application testing to confirm system functions according to requirements.
- Support implementation & training activities where required.
- Act as a liaison between development team & stakeholder throughout the implementation.
- Constantly conduct research & analysis on banking technologies.
- Analyze, develop & propose enhancements to current business processes, reports & applications in order to optimize system effectiveness.
- Any ad-hoc assignment assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Computer Science / Information Technology, Business Studies / Management or in any related fields.
- Atleast 2 years of working experience as a Business Analyst.
- Working experience in Banking / Insurance/ Finance / Accounting industry may be advantageous.
- Excellent Written & Communication skills in English.
- Outgoing & resourceful self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with Banking processes (Deposit & GL), Digital Transformation, Customer & User Experience channels.
