Job Description

• Manage and optimise all e-commerce platforms, including the company website, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and social media channels, ensuring smooth daily operations and consistent brand presence.
• Develop and execute e-commerce and marketing strategies to drive business growth, including sales promotions, marketplace activities, and brand exposure initiatives.
• Analyse e-commerce performance data such as traffic, conversion rate, customer behaviour, and sales results to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decisions.
• Create and manage marketing content, including product visuals and short-form video content, to enhance product exposure and brand visibility across platforms.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least Bachelor's of Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales or any related fields.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and ecommerce platforms
• Proficiency in using analytical tools and interpreting data to make informed decisions
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
