<li>E-Commerce Operations</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces</li>
<li>Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and up to date (pricing, images, descriptions, promotions)</li>
<li>Coordinate order fulfilment, inventory availability, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations</li>
<li>Proactively monitor platform compliance, store performance, customer reviews, and service level KPIs, and take timely action to address any issues.</li>
<li>Proactively track stock aging, identify slow-moving and near-expiry inventory, and implement effective clearance strategies ahead of expiry.</li>
</ul>
<p>2. Sales &amp; Revenue Growth</p>
<ul>
<li>Own and drive sales performance, revenue targets, and profitability (P&amp;L) for assigned markets or platforms</li>
<li>Plan and execute campaigns, mega sales, and promotional activities (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, 12.12)</li>
<li>Optimize pricing, promotions, bundles, and vouchers to maximize conversion and margin</li>
<li>Analyse sales trends and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities</li>
</ul>
<p>3. Digital Marketing &amp; Traffic Management</p>
<ul>
<li>Execute and optimize paid ads (platform ads, search ads, display ads, affiliate programs)</li>
<li>Work with internal or external teams on content and livestreams</li>
</ul>
