Job Description

 

  • Assist with data entry and maintaining office records 
  • Organize and file documents
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally 
  • Prepare basic reports and letters
  • Coordinate with team members on administrative tasks 
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office files 
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented 
  • Willing to learn and take initiative 
  • Good time management and multitasking skills  
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and/or Bahasa Malaysia 
  • Minimum internship duration 3 months
