Job Description

•  Assist with the design and creative works for all the Company’s business units including marketing collaterals such as menu, flyers, banners, EDMs, posters, and membership card etc.
• Assist with video production such as plan, shoot and edit compelling video content for use across social media platforms and in-store digital displays (e.g., TV, LED screens etc).
• Ensure assigned design works are submitted in accordance with schedule and meet the required specifications and design criteria.
• Assist with support day-to-day administrative tasks, including sourcing and ordering materials
• Assist with contribute creative ideas for social media content and campaigns
• Assist with content creation, including concept planning, basic shooting/editing, and copywriting
• Assist in marketing and promotional events
• Help with event logistics, setup, and on-ground coordination
• Provide support for miscellaneous tasks and projects assigned by the marketing team based on business needs

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Mass Communication or related field 
• Minimum internship duration of 10 weeks and above 
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software 
• Basic knowledge of video editing (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects) is an advantage 
• Creative, with a good sense of design, layout, and visual storytelling 
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
• Willing to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented 
• Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage
