We’re looking for a creative, resourceful marketer who knows how to turn ideas into action—leveraging smart tools (like AI) while driving strategy with human insight and intent.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work closely with the Marketing team and sales team to:

• Craft and Execute Campaigns (Online & Offline): From social media, email marketing, paid ads, and brochures to events and exhibitions.
• Content Development: You’ll generate ideas, craft messages, and refine content using tools like ChatGPT. While design skills are a bonus, you’ll need a good eye for design and the ability to guide designers to bring your vision to life.
• Website Updates: Propose content, marketing angles, and design direction to keep the website fresh and effective. Work with designers to revamp pages, share updates, improve SEO, and build content using tools like Webflow (basic HTML/CSS is a plus).
• Marketing Strategy: Turn ideas into action—plan campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track results, generate insights, and improve performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor research and propose positioning or content strategies.
• Brand Positioning: Make our AI solutions easy to understand and memorable to healthcare decision-makers.
  

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re not expecting you to know everything from day one—but we’re looking for someone who’s:

✅ A creative thinker who can also execute and get things done
✅ Tech-savvy and tool-smart – knows how to use AI to boost productivity, not replace thinking
✅ Familiar with digital marketing – SEO, ads, social media, and email tools
✅ Confident in writing, designing, and refining content using AI tools, with a clear creative vision
✅ Comfortable with light coding or website edits (HTML/CSS/Webflow)
✅ Curious and always learning – especially in fast-moving tech environments
✅ Positive, independent, and has a can-do attitude
✅ 1–3 years’ experience in marketing (open to fresh grads with strong portfolios)
