Job Description

1. Brand Management

• Establish and uphold thorough brand guidelines, standards, and templates.
• Perform internal audits to verify brand adherence.
• Offer training and resources to staff for brand alignment.
• Encourage a brand-focused culture within the organization.
• Identify and rectify any brand inconsistencies or discrepancies.

 Content Management

• Design and implement a content strategy that reflects the brand message.
• Produce and curate high-quality technical content across multiple channels (with support from the technical department).
• Enhance content for search engine performance and audience engagement.
• Track content performance and implement data-informed enhancements.

 Campaign/Event Management

• Organize and conduct marketing campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Evaluate and refine the performance of campaigns and events.
• Assess and report on the return on investment for campaigns and events.

Job Requirements

Degree in Marketing or a related discipline

1-2 years of experience in Marketing

Proficient in English communication

Knowledgeable about marketing tools including content management systems, media editing software, and PowerPoint

Familiarity with AI is a plus.
