The Video Editor at SalesProcess.com is responsible for transforming ideas into powerful visual stories that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
You’ll combine creativity with AI-powered tools to produce short-form and long-form videos that communicate our message clearly, emotionally, and effectively across campaigns, ads, and events.
This role is for someone who lives and breathes storytelling, someone who’s obsessed with making content that stops the scroll, and who loves experimenting with new AI tools to streamline editing, enhance creativity, and multiply output.

Responsibilities:
Creative & Production
- Edit high-quality video content for events, ads, social media, courses, and marketing campaigns.
- Repurpose long-form videos (e.g. workshops, keynotes, webinars) into viral clips optimized for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.
- Use AI tools (Runway, Pika, Descript, OpusClip, ElevenLabs, Synthesia, etc.) to accelerate workflow such as captioning, trimming, b-roll generation, voice cloning, and enhancement.
- Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams to ideate storyboards, hooks, and emotional storytelling angles for every campaign.
- Maintain consistent brand tone, fonts, transitions, and music that match the SalesProcess identity.
- Add motion graphics, dynamic text, and engaging sound effects for better viewer retention.
- Manage and organize raw footage, assets, templates, and exports in shared drives and ClickUp.
AI Integration
- Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive editing tasks and speed up post-production.
- Continuously explore new AI innovations to improve creativity, storytelling, and productivity.
- Work closely with the Creative Team to document best practices and create SOPs for AI-assisted editing workflows.
Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, event, and sales teams to ensure video content aligns with campaign objectives and funnel goals.
- Take feedback constructively and revise edits promptly to meet deadlines.
- Support during live events or shoots if needed (camera setup, lighting, behind-the-scenes coverage).
- Support virtual events in the studio.
- Managing and working across multiple projects to reach assigned deadlines.
Results:
- Minimum of 20 edited videos delivered per month (depending on campaign load).
- Consistent increase in engagement rate, watch time, and conversion on video-based campaigns.
- All videos meet SalesProcess brand standards and storytelling quality benchmarks.
- Reduced editing turnaround time by leveraging AI workflows.
- Positive collaboration with the Creative and Marketing teams (on-time delivery, minimal revisions).
- Maintenance of an organized, searchable video library for all campaigns and events.
