Job Description

  1. Looking for a dedicated role in Shah Alam, Selangor
  2. Perform production, preparation, optimize simple assembly line SOPs, assembly, quality control check inspection, packaging and labeling of Snaptec products.
  3. Perform installation, maintenance and software updates at customer location.
  4. Troubleshoot customer problems over the phone or on site.
  5. Repair & identify problems in Snaptec products.
  6. Perform filter changes for Snaptec products.
  7. Perform sales support roles.
  8. Delighting customers by giving them a memorable experience.
  9. Maintain and going beyond to achieve a high-quality customer satisfaction.
  10. Handle customer enquiries and dissatisfaction.
  11. Working closely with Admin & Operations as a team.

Job Requirements

  • Looking for a dedicated role in Shah Alam, Selangor
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Matriculation/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree. Engineering Degree and experience in the water industry would be a plus
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin would be a plus​
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience would be a plus
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Skills using tools such as wrench, drills, etc.
  • Confident and hold excellent communication skills
  • Be alert, committed and of strong character with the right work ethics and values
  • Be passionate about work, self motivated, good humoured and resourceful
  • Enjoys building personal relationships
  • Possesses empathy
