Job Description
- Diligently follow up and close sales opportunities.
- Facilitate the smooth flow of information from client enquiry to order purchase, going above and beyond to ensure the excellent delivery of products and services that meet/exceeds customer’s expectations
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
- Attend to client feedback and complaints, providing prompt solutions to resolve issues to customer’s satisfaction
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for internal review
- Achieve the given sales targets and operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma / Degree in any related discipline
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- 6 working days
- Able to work on Public Holidays
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Added advantage - experience in sales position / related industry.
