Job Description

The followings are your job scope and responsibilities:

1. Represent and promote the company across various platforms by hosting live sessions, attending public-facing events, on-camera appearances, and public engagements (both online and offline.)
2. Develop and execute a social media content calendar in line with marketing objectives and seasonal campaigns.
3. Collaborate with the creative team, to conceptualize and storyboard graphic projects that align with the brand guidelines and project objectives.
4. Manage the content creation process from start to finish, including pre-production planning, on-location shooting, and post-production editing and delivery.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, AI tools, and best practices, to continually improve the content quality.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce blog posts and website content that highlight the school events and values while following SEO best practices.
7. Manage and organize content files, ensuring they are easily accessible and stored securely.

Job Requirements

1. Basic proficiency in Editing Tools, Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut; a willingness to learn advanced techniques is essential.
2. Familiarity with all social media platforms and understanding of optimal video formats for each platform.
3. Posses a basic understanding of lighting, audio, and camera equipment, as well as best practices for on-location shooting.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
5. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Experience or interest in the education content is a plus but not mandatory.
