<li>Responsible for creation of CAD drawings for projects</li>
<li>Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings for steel structures and building projects using CAD software.</li>
<li>Interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings to produce fabrication and construction-ready drawings.</li>
<li>Ensure drawings comply with design specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements.</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to resolve design issues.</li>
<li>Review and update existing drawings and documentation as needed.</li>
<li>Mentor junior draughtsmen and provide guidance on best practices.</li>
<li>Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material specifications and construction feasibility.</li>
<li>Operate computer-aided drafting equipment or conventional drafting station to produce designs, drawings, charts, and records.</li>
<li>Ability to design using computer-aided design (CAD) software and draw drafts using free hand.</li>
<li>Work closely with engineers and designers to get the conceptual design and understanding of drawing specifications then develop detailed design drawings and revise drawing using CAD.</li>

<li>Obtain and assemble data to complete civil designs and measurements as necessary</li>
<li>Prepare technical work drawings, tender, constructions and detailed drawings respectively.</li>
<li>Prepare proposed/construction/shop/as-built drawings for authority submission and presentation to client.</li>
<li>Consult or assist the engineers to carry out all production drawings.</li>
<li>Produce all drafting services and all relevant tasks for completing concept and detailed drafting of civil engineering, commercial building and assigned projects</li>
<li>Review and interpret accurately as per client specifications</li>
<li>Provide timely, accurate, and complete documentation that meets required project standards</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a working knowledge of telecommunications, infrastructural, design, structural, mechanical, and electrical materials and methods commonly used in commercial construction</li>
